Product Advantages
1.Superior rust protection for ferrous metals (cast iron & carbon steel); effectively inhibits black spots and rust pitting on cast iron.
2.Excellent hard water tolerance (>2000 ppm); resists precipitation even in regions with poor water quality.
3.Low-foam formulation, distinct from conventional dicarboxylic acids; ideal for high-pressure spray and grinding applications.
4.Eco-friendly & safe: Nitrosamine-free, boron-free (enabling boron-free formulations), and low-halogen.
5.Thin protective film leaves no residue after cleaning, ensuring compatibility with subsequent painting and phosphating processes.
6.Broad compatibility: Stable when compounded with fatty acids, borate esters, amides, and copper/aluminum corrosion inhibitors.
7.Wide temperature range with excellent long-term stability in recirculating machining fluids.
Application Areas
This product is a specialized water-based rust inhibitor, widely used in the metalworking fluid industry:
1.Fully synthetic cutting/grinding fluids
2.Semi-synthetic metalworking fluids
3.Water-based in-process rust preventives and cleaners
4.Water-glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (HFC)
5.Water-based quenchants and antifreeze/coolants
Package
25 kg drum with PE liner
Storage
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry warehouse. Protect from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight. Performance is unaffected by moisture absorption; simply dry before use.
