Product Introduction
Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate Sodium Salt is a high-efficiency anionic wetting & penetrating surfactant with ultra-low surface tension, fast penetration and low foam.
Widely used as stool softener API and pharmaceutical excipient. Industrial OT-70 liquid is applied in textile printing, leather processing, pesticide adjuvant, coating wetting agent. Good compatibility with nonionic surfactants, biodegradable and mild.
Application Areas
1.Pharmaceutical Industry
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) for Laxatives: Softens stools when taken orally by reducing the surface tension of intestinal fluids, allowing water to penetrate and soften the stool. It provides mild laxative effects without severe irritation.
Pharmaceutical Excipients: Acts as a wetting and dispersing agent in ointments, suspensions, and topical lotions. Serves as an adjuvant in eye drops to improve drug permeation and absorption.
2.Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry
Pretreatment Penetrants for Cotton, Synthetic Fibers, Silk, and Linen: Ensures rapid wetting during desizing, scouring, and bleaching.
Dyeing Penetrants and Leveling Agents: Shortens dyeing time and eliminates uneven dyeing (mottling).
Wetting Agents for Printing Pastes: Prevents screen clogging.

Hide Soaking Aids: Rapidly penetrates hide fibers to accelerate degreasing and softening, effectively reducing the processing time of the soaking operation.
