Sodium phytate is a naturally derived organic phosphate extracted from plants. It strongly chelates various metal ions while offering antioxidant, color-protection, and fresh-keeping properties. Widely used in food preservation, cosmetics (as a chelating agent), feed antioxidants, metal rust prevention and passivation, as well as textile dyeing and water treatment, it is safe, eco-friendly, and biodegradable.
